School Enrolment form duly filled and signed by the parents of the candidate
A self attested photocopy of the Class VIII half yearly and final result. Marksheet will be required.
Two passport size photographs of the student, and two each of both father & mother.
Self Attested photocopy of residence proof. Any one of the following: Voters Identity Card / Passport / UID (Aadhar Card) / Ration Card (Head of the family should be either father or mother in the case of ration-card.)
Medical Form duly filled and signed by parents and a Medical Officer.
Undertaking form duly filled and signed by parents.
Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
Copy of Birth Certificate
Transfer Certificate# (in original if not available, can be submitted in July) #The admission will remain provisional till the Transfer and Character Certificates are submitted.
